The price quoted is valid for 30 days from the date stated on the quotation, subject to fluctuations regarding the cost of materials.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, the outlay for materials and 40% of the joinery work fees are to be paid as a deposit upon order. The rest is to be paid upon satisfactory completion of the work. You will receive an invoice confirming the payment + all trade/suppliers invoices.
Extra Work
Unforeseen work such as any modifications to the agreed design, etc. will result in a new quotation.
Decoration
Quotations do not include decoration fees, unless otherwise agreed.
Ownership
The ownership of the goods will be passed to the client once all fees have been paid.
Guarantee
I provide a 5 year guarantee on all workmanship undertaken by me. The guarantee does not cover everyday wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. I can’t be held responsible for any product defects if the materials supplied by the client prove to be faulty.
Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
